Review by hotel critic
The staff exhibited a heartwarming kindness towards my elderly parents, ensuring their comfort throughout our visit. The heating and air conditioning were impeccable, creating a cozy ambiance in our soundproofed room with a lovely sitting area. The room was equipped with a spacious dining table, allowing us to enjoy meals together with ease. The attention to detail with complimentary toiletries and amenities like a washing machine and dryer truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we checked in swiftly to the well-appointed room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable carpeted floors, every aspect of our experience was truly outstanding. The convenient location near various dining options like Hong Kong Cafe and Adelina's Pizzeria made our evenings delightful. I can confidently say that the Dauphin Inn Express is a gem that goes above and beyond in hospitality and comfort, providing a remarkable stay that I look forward to experiencing again.
